- Mortgage statements or coupon - If you presently own a property.
- 1 month pay stubs.
- Tax statements.
- Check made out to FDC Credit for credit report ($16).
- Last 2 years worth of W2’s.
- Insurance declarations page (it has the premium listed).
- Most recent bank statements (all pages) 3 months for purchases.
- Most recent asset statements (all pages) ex: 401K, stocks, bonds, life ins.
- Name, address, phone number of present/previous landlords.
- Copy of recent appraisal (if 6 months old or newer) - loan officer to order.
- Copy of drivers license and social security card (due to US Patriot Act).
- Name, phone number, and address of employer to verify employment.
If divorced:
- Copy of divorce decree.
If self employed:
- Copy of business license (present and previous year).
- Business Card and 2 years tax returns.
- Letter from CPA stating they have done your taxes as self-employed for a minimum of two years, or letter from you stating that you do your own taxes.
If you own investment property:
- Copy of rental agreements.
- Copy of last two years tax returns.
If you own a condo or are purchasing a condo:
- Name of COA, name of property management company, property manager’s name, address, and phone number.
If you are purchasing a property:
- Purchase agreement.
- Name and phone number of real estate agent.
* If any of these items cannot be obtained, speak to your loan officer for alternatives.
