Mortgage Center ::
Bankruptcy
If you have recently filed a bankruptcy, within the last 7 years, you could still
get pre-approved for a mortgage.
There are many factors involved in determining your eligibility to get approved for
a mortgage. Every lender will have a different set of guidelines that they use. The
typical timeline is 2 years.
If you have filed a bankruptcy within the last two years, don't worry. There
are many lenders out there that have loan programs that can get you approved
even if you've filed your bankruptcy within 6 months!
Everybody's situation is different. Because of this, there is no way to give advice through
a website. If you are interested in learning more about how we can help you, fill out our
contact form and a specialist will contact
you as soon as possible to answer any questions you have.
